Today I am thankful for peanut butter banana cream-less pie. Mmm. We actually made up the recipe since I love banana cream pie but can't eat it right now. All we did was make and bake a pie crust, blend up some frozen bananas with peanut butter and a little cinnamon, fill the pie crust and then freeze it until we were ready to eat it. Which is right now!!
