Hiccups

The update this morning from the doctor was positive. Elise is doing well and staying stable at this point. They have increased her feeding again. They had already increased her to 2 cc every 2 hours, and today they increased that to 3.5 cc every 2 hours. According to her nurse, her heart murmur is a bit stronger; however, she's not symptomatic of it actually bothering her so they will continue to monitor her.

I promise to get the pictures of kangaroo care up soon. We've been quite busy and tried to spend today resting more so I didn't quite get around to it. For now, here are a couple of adorable pictures of Elise from Friday (complete with her newly enlarged nose) and a video of her hiccuping during our first session of kangaroo care.

What a beautiful, incredible, miracle of God she is! I'm praying that she grows and grows and doesn't have any complications! I have seen some amazing answers to prayer in my life and I can't wait to see what God is going to do in Elise's life!
